Hold Shift on an icon. The wheel opens under the cursor. You pick the format, you let go.
Everything stays on the PC. The original file does not move.

Copy the path
The full path goes to the clipboard, or the folder opens in File Explorer with the file in view.
A window opens in the file's folder. Useful just before a command.
A copy is written where you choose. If the name already exists, Cinder finds another.
The file changes folder. A conversion never moves the original: it writes a new file beside it.
Ctrl still works for system shortcuts. The action wheel does not count toward saved minutes.
